Cremators could be used to heat up a Somerset crematorium chapel and offices.
Taunton Deane Borough Council said it was looking at the option of using the cremators to save energy elsewhere and make money by selling excess electricity to the National Grid.
Other options include installing solar panels to council-owned buildings, such as swimming pools and council houses.
Bestattungsunternehmen aus Lichtenau bietet günstige Beerdigungen in Tschechien an - Nachfrage steigt
Chemnitz.

PROTEST: Locals fear major health risks
PLANS to build a €3.5m crematorium in a southside suburb have sparked outrage from locals.

THE SENSITIVE and caring team at Harrogate Borough Council’s Bereavement Services Team has been recognised as providing the highest standard of services with a gold award from the Charter for the Bereaved.
Based on the guidleines provided by the charter and an annual assessment run by the Institute of Crematorium and Cemetery Managers a gold standard was awarded to the team which each year manage around 1,500 burials and cremations.
Coun Nick Brown, Cabinet Member for Public Protection and Rural Affairs noted the teams level of care, sensitivity and commitment as crucial factors in earning the high award. He said: “We have one crematorium in Harrogate, 13 closed churchyards and 10 cemeteries across the district all managed by the team.
THERE is, they say, only one certainty in life…and that is death. The probability associated with that certainty is that people don’t like talking about the subject unless they have to.
At the Island Crematorium at Whippingham, staff have been dealing with the sensitive subject for nearly half a century now and on Sunday, August 21, they open it up to the public to mark the 50th anniversary of what is popularly referred to as the crem.
The open day aims to tell people exactly what goes on.
It will include just about everyone associated in the process from undertakers to stonemasons, horse-drawn hearse displays to floral displays and bell ringing.
In the 50 years, almost 63,000 people will have passed beyond the curtain at Whippingham.

6/8/2011 A DEVASTATED daughter has discovered she was mourning at the wrong plot for 17 years after a mistake by Burnley Crematorium staff.
Catherine Haywood, of Hathaway Fold, Padiham, regularly took flowers and tributes to the spot where she was told her beloved mother Cathy’s ashes were buried.
But when Mrs Haywood came to scatter the ashes of her father Joseph, who was killed in a road accident outside the gates of the crematorium last year, she found her mother was buried elsewhere.

6/8/2011 SIENA.
